After being captured by the mutant hunter Dirk Savage, Tokka was rescued by his best friend Rahzar. Together, Tokka and Rahzar form a fearsome duo, causing havoc and posing a significant threat to the turtles and their allies. Tokka is action-packed with 31 points of articulation for maximum posing and play, measuring approximately 15 cm.
