Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total, which includes shipping and taxes.

Gift cards can be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Gift cards have an expiration date?

No, gift cards are valid until the respective balance is exhausted.

Orders


You must be registered to make a purchase?

You can make a purchase without creating an account, but if you do so as a guest, you will lose access to some benefits exclusive to registered users.

From what value can I benefit from free shipping?

You can benefit from completely free shipping for orders worth €69.99 or more to mainland Portugal and using the CTT Expresso shipping method (3 working days).

You can also benefit from shipping at no cost for other shipping methods (DPD and CTT Expresso pickup point - 2 working days) for orders worth €89.99 or more and destined for mainland Portugal.

They have stock of all the items they have?

As the stock on our website is always up to date, only items with stock are allowed to be sold. However, there may be a simultaneous sale of the same item in the physical store and online store, which will lead to stock outs, making it impossible to ship the item ordered online later.

How do I know that my order was placed successfully?

After placing your order, we will send you an email with all the order details, including a description of the items purchased, the payment method, name, shipping address and respective invoicing.

How Click & Collect? works

For any order you place in the Brincatoys online store, you can choose to collect it in our physical store, during the respective business hours (Monday to Sunday). It will be available for collection within an estimated period of 2 hours after online payment and receipt of an email confirming availability for collection. The order may be collected by the purchaser identified in the order, or by a person indicated by them, and the order number may also be requested at the time of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed/shipped. If your order has already been completed, you must contact our customer service. You can do this via email or live chat, always identifying the order number.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders destined for mainland Portugal, paid by 12 noon, will be sent on the same working day.

They ship for collection?

Unfortunately we do not deliver on collect, however, we do offer a variety of payment and delivery options to suit your needs.

Is it possible to pick up my order at a pickup point?

Yes! In order to provide greater comfort to our customers, we have a partnership with DPD, which allows you to pick up your order at one of the various delivery points across mainland Portugal.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive, via email, a notification about its status with a tracking code that you can use for this purpose.

What happens if no one is at the destination address of the order?

For deliveries made in Portugal an indication will be left in your mailbox that delivery was attempted. It is even possible that you may receive a phone call to arrange delivery. If it is not possible to deliver to the destination address, it will be sent to a CTT post until it is returned to Brincatoys.

What should I do if my order is in bad condition?

If you notice that the package being delivered to you has obvious damage, you should not accept the order, justifying the reasons and the damage you notice on the carrier's delivery receipt. You must also communicate to us what happened, so that we can take the necessary measures to resend the order.

What is the deadline to return products purchased at Brincatoys?

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a maximum period of 30 days counting from the day following the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods or the last good in the case of separate delivery of goods relating to a single order, without the need for justification or indication of the reason.

Payments


What payment methods are accepted in your online store?

Brincatoys accepts the following payment methods:

MB Way – simple payment, using “MB WAY” on your cell phone (only available to Portuguese bank customers with the MB WAY app installed ). This form of payment is made via Eupago – Instituição de PayPal, Lda.

Multibanco – “Payment for Services”, with entity, reference and amount, at any ATM or through your home banking service. You have 24 hours to make payment. After this period and if the order has not been paid, it will be automatically cancelled. This form of payment is made via Eupago – Instituição de PayPal, Lda.

Apple Pay - Apple Pay is a contactless payment technology for Apple devices, a quick and simple alternative to use of cards and cash. It's called a digital wallet and is an alternative to more traditional payments with cards or physical cash. When you pay in store, neither Apple nor your device sends your card number to the merchant.

Google Pay - Google Pay is a contactless payment technology for Android, iOS, Google Chrome and WearOS devices, a fast and simple alternative to using cards and cash. It's called a digital wallet and is an alternative to more traditional payments with cards or physical cash. When paying in a store, neither Google nor your device sends the card number to the merchant.

PayPal - If your order is not destined for Portugal / Spain, you can use PayPal , just having to create an account on the respective website. This process has no associated cost and you can do it in just a few steps: Access the PayPal website; In the top right corner of the page, choose the “Create Account” option.

Credit / Debit Card – After completing the order request, when selecting to pay with Credit Card you will be directed to a secure website where you must confirm your payment details. If you do not complete this process, your order will not enter our system as paid.

Bank Transfer – make your payment by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. Indicate the order number as a reference for the transfer or deposit. The order will only be sent after payment has been confirmed in our account. After completing the order, you have 48 hours to make the payment by sending proof to email geral@brincatoys.pt . If you do not make payment within the expected period, the order is automatically cancelled.

Gift card - On the Brincatoys website you can pay with a Gift Card purchased in the online store (you can use more than 1 card per order).

We also offer some popular international payment methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact.

Some of these methods payment methods will only be available in online stores whose countries where customers make purchases have this payment method available.

It is possible to make an MB Way payment with a different number than the one shown in the shipping details?

Yes! To do this, simply select the MB Way option and then enter the number you wish to use to make the payment in the billing details of the respective order.

I'm living abroad, but I want to make a purchase for delivery in Portugal (or another country). Is it possible?

Yes! If you live abroad, but want to send an order to an address in Portugal or to one of the many European destinations where we send orders, simply go through the normal purchase process, choosing the delivery address. The invoice will be sent to you by email.

Cashback Program


What is the cashback program?

The Cashback Program consists of a “credits” mechanism that allows the purchaser to recover an amount of the total amount spent. To benefit from this program, simply register. After making a purchase, just wait for it to be credited to your customer account. For further information, see the Cashback Program page.

How can I use the credit I have accumulated?

Usufruct can be made in the shopping cart, during the completion of your order, choosing all or part of the accumulated credits.

How much credit can I receive when making a purchase in your online store?

When placing an order with us, you will benefit from 4% on the price of the products on all purchases made. The refund is calculated excluding taxes and shipping costs (if any). To this value are added other benefits that may give you credits to be discounted on future purchases.

It is possible to receive credit without being a registered customer?

If you are not a registered customer, you will not be able to accumulate cashback and, consequently, take advantage of the credits.

Where do I receive credit for making an online purchase?

The credit will be made available in the account associated with the registered customer, namely in the "Cashback" section of the customer area. The credit amount, resulting from your last purchase in our online store, will be made available after payment of the order and reversed in case of cancellation or return.
