1. Exchanges, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

1.1. Right of Withdrawal

Deadline: The Customer has 30 consecutive days from the day after the physical possession of the goods (or the last item in separate deliveries) to withdraw from the contract, without needing to state a reason.

How to request: Registered customers must make the request in the Customer Area. Customers without an account can fill in the return form available on the website.

Alternative in writing: Letter or email to Brincadeiras ao Cubo, Comércio de Jogos e Brinquedos, Lda., Marina Plaza, Edifício Daytona Beach, Block 27-A, Shop 79, 8125-401 Quarteira, or to geral@brincatoys.pt.

Costs: The shipping costs for sending and returning are borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the refund, in the case of shipping, and, when applicable, on the return. Instructions and address are included in the return authorisation.

Condition of the item: The product must be intact, without signs of use, with all components/accessories and in the original packaging, properly packed.

Non-compliance: Lack of packaging/accessories or signs of use/violation will result in no refund and the item will be sent back to the Customer.

Scope of refund: The refund applies only to the returned items; it does not include the original order shipping costs. If the return cancels the free shipping requirements, the shipping cost will be deducted.

Refund deadline: Up to 14 days after receipt and verification, by the same payment method (or by bank transfer if necessary). The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods.

Time limit: Returns are not accepted after 30 days, except for legal exceptions (art. 17 of DL 24/2014).

Campaigns/promotions: Only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

After dispatch: If withdrawal occurs after dispatch but before receipt, the Customer must refuse the order or not collect it.

1.2. Exchange of Defective or Damaged Products

Items with manufacturing defects, anomalies or malfunction may be returned and refunded after notifying the Seller.

Check on delivery: record any irregularities on the delivery note/collection point and contact us within 24 hours. After this period, delivery is presumed to be in order.

Before sending: contact us via the website form (with invoice number and description) or by email to geral@brincatoys.pt.

If non-compliance is confirmed: return shipping costs will be borne by the Seller.

1.3. Return Procedures

Standard channel — DPD Pickup: After authorisation, the Customer receives a link to choose the most convenient DPD Pickup point (valid for Portugal and abroad) and deliver the item there.

In-store delivery: The Customer may deliver directly to our store (address in 1.1.3), along with a copy of the invoice.

Self-shipping: It is possible to send via a carrier of the Customer's choice, ensuring intact arrival and original packaging.

Return authorisation: The document includes all instructions (DPD link, deadlines and addresses) and must be followed for validation.

1.4. Return Shipping Costs

Mainland Portugal: €5.99 borne by the Customer when using the DPD Pickup channel provided by the Seller.

Madeira, Azores and International: variable cost depending on volumetric weight and destination, informed at the time of order.
