What is Brinca Prime?
Brinca Prime is Brincatoys’ free loyalty programme for the online shop. You earn 4% in Brinca Prime balance on all online purchases, except gift card purchases. The programme also includes benefits such as Boost Prime and the See Before Buy It service. To view and use your balance, create an account using the same email address as your purchase and sign in.
How can I join Brinca Prime? Is there a cost?
Membership is completely free. To activate and manage your Brinca Prime benefits, simply create a customer account in our online store.
I already have an account in the online store. Am I already a Brinca Prime member?
Yes, all customers with a registered account on our online store are automatically Brinca Prime members and are already enjoying all the benefits.
How do I accumulate and use my Brinca Prime balance?
On all online purchases, excluding gift cards, you earn 4% in Brinca Prime balance, associated with the email address used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not included in this calculation.
You can earn balance even when purchasing as a guest. To check and use your balance, you must have a customer account and log in with the same email address. The available balance appears as a payment option at checkout.
I made a guest purchase. Did I accrue Brinca Prime balance?
Yes. Even if you purchase as a guest, you accumulate Brinca Prime balance on all online purchases, except for gift cards, associated with the email address used for the purchase.
To check and use this balance, create a free account with the same email address, if you don't already have one, and log in before completing your next order.
What is Boost Prime?
On the last weekend of each month, every online purchase, except gift cards, linked to your email address earns double the usual Brinca Prime balance. Instead of 4%, those orders earn 8% in balance.
What does the See Before You Buy service consist of?
It is an exclusive service that allows you to ask questions about a product before buying it online. It has two options:
Video sample: you can ask us for a short, focused video of the product, and our team will send it to you.
View in-store: you can request that the item be made available in our physical store for you to see in person, with no obligation to purchase.
In both cases, you must contact our online store beforehand, and a maximum of 3 items at a time applies.
Do I have to pay for "See Before You Buy", or am I obliged to purchase it?
No. This is a free service with no obligation to purchase. The goal is to help you make the best decision.
What is the difference between Brinca Prime balance and physical store points?
Brinca Prime Balance: is accumulated on online purchases and used only in the online store, while logged in.
Physical store points: are earned and redeemed only in our physical store, through the local loyalty program.
These are separate programs, but Brinca Prime offers a unique advantage that links them.
I have points at the physical store. Can I use them online?
Not directly. However, as a Brinca Prime member, you have the exclusive benefit of being able to request the conversion of your store credit balance into Brinca Prime credit.
How does the Brinca Prime points and balance conversion work?
On our website, you will find a simple form where you can request to convert your physical store points into Brinca Prime credit to use online, or vice versa. Our team will handle the balance transfer so you can use it wherever is most convenient for you.
Where can I check my Brinca Prime balance?
The Brinca Prime balance is available in the account associated with the registered customer. The balance accumulated from your last online purchase becomes available after payment for the order and is reversed in the event of cancellation or return.
