Shipping costs and delivery times
Orders are delivered on working days, Monday to Friday. We deliver to your home or workplace or, if you prefer, after placing your order you can redirect delivery to a nearby CTT collection point when the carrier offers this option. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
General information:
Shipping costs vary according to the destination, shipping method, order weight and, for mainland Portugal, also the total order value.
Carrier collections:
Orders paid by 12h are generally collected on the same working day. Orders paid after 12h are collected on the next working day.
After collection and arrival at the processing centre of CTT Expresso, the estimated delivery time depends on the destination. In Portugal, if you are not at the specified address to receive your order, you may receive a notice by post, email and/or SMS with instructions to collect it from a CTT point or branch within 6 days before it may be returned to the sender.

Madeira and the Azores
For shipments to Madeira and the Azores, the indicative delivery time after dispatch is 5 to 10 working days, which may vary depending on the destination island, available connections and any operational restrictions. Customers may choose collection at a CTT point when this option is available in their area.

International Shipping (Europe)
International shipping is available to eligible European countries. The destination country is automatically assigned to the relevant Zone 1 or Zone 2 at checkout, where shipping costs are displayed according to the destination and applicable weight band.
The delivery time for international shipments is the expected number of working days required to carry out the delivery service and is indicatively between 5 and 10 working days. The delivery period is calculated from the working day following acceptance of the shipment by the carrier.
Public holidays in either the country of origin or the destination country are not counted when calculating the delivery time.
The delivery times shown are indicative and not exhaustive, as they refer to the main population and business centres in each country. They may vary depending on the destination locality, the operational availability of the distribution network, local procedures or other factors beyond Brincatoys’ control.

Important notes
Delivery times are estimates provided by CTT Expresso. Disruptions or circumstances beyond Brincatoys’ control may affect compliance with the stated delivery times. If delivery is not possible because the recipient is absent, the delivery partner may allow rescheduling or collection at a CTT point, where available.
For shipments outside mainland Portugal, transport costs may be affected by volumetric weight. In exceptional cases involving very bulky orders, additional verification may be required before dispatch.
How to buy:
Select the country in the shipping address; shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. After dispatch, you will receive the invoice by email and a message from the carrier with the estimated delivery window and any options to change the location or date, where available.
