Rahzar was created when Shredder released mutagens in a zoo. When his best friend Tokka was captured by mutant hunter Dirk Savage, Rahzar went on a mission to save him and make Savage pay. Together, Tokka and Rahzar form a fearsome duo, wreaking havoc and posing a significant threat to the turtles and their allies. Rahzar is ready for action with 31 points of articulation for maximum pose and play. Standing nearly six inches tall, it includes a set of interchangeable hands, battle-ready insignia, a manhole cover (as a shield), and an unfortunate soul whose skull has been mounted on a bone and is now used as a skull staff.
