Yes. A customer can use more than one gift card during checkout.

No, you cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total, which includes shipping costs and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Do gift cards have an expiration date?

No, gift cards are valid until the balance is depleted.

Orders


Do I need to be registered to make a purchase?

Yes. To make a purchase, after choosing the products, proceed to register through the available means.

From what amount can I enjoy free shipping?

You can benefit from free shipping for orders of €69.99 or more to mainland Portugal using the CTT Express shipping method (3 working days). Alternatively, you can purchase an Express Card in our store and enjoy free shipping for orders of €14.99 or more to mainland Portugal using the CTT Express shipping method (2 working days) for 1 year. In both situations, if the registered customer redeems accumulated points in their account, they will only benefit from free shipping if the subtotal value, resulting from the difference between the total of purchased products and the points discount value, is equal to or greater than €69.99 in the first case, or €14.99 in the second case.

Do you have stock of all the items you offer?

With our website's stock always up to date, we only allow the sale of items in stock. However, simultaneous sales of the same item in the physical store and online store may occur, leading to stockouts and preventing the shipment of the item ordered online afterwards.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

After placing your order, we will send you an email with all the details, including the description of the items purchased, payment method, name, shipping address, and billing information.

How does Click & Collect work?

For any order you place in the Brincatoys online store, you can choose to pick it up at our physical store, during business hours (Monday to Sunday). It will be available for pickup within an estimated 1 hour after online payment and receipt of an email confirming availability for collection. The order can be picked up by the purchaser identified in the order, or by someone designated by them, and the order number may also be requested at the time of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not been processed/shipped yet. If your order has already been finalized, please contact our customer service. You can do so via email or live chat, always identifying the order number.

Shipments


When will my order be shipped?

All orders destined for mainland Portugal, paid by 12:00 pm, will be shipped on the same business day.

Do you ship cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery, however, we provide a variety of payment and delivery options to meet your needs.

Is it possible to pick up my order at a pickup point?

Yes! In order to provide greater comfort to our customers, we have a partnership with CTT (in Portugal) and DPD / UPS (in Europe) that allows you to pick up your order at one of the various collection points available. To do so, simply start the checkout process and after completing your order, you should choose a pickup point for order collection. Therefore, when filling out the shipping information, enter the billing/shipping address and after placing your order, you can select a pickup point.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, in addition to Portugal, we ship to the:

Yes! If you reside abroad but want to send an order to an address in Portugal or to one of the many European destinations we ship to, simply go through the normal purchasing process, selecting the delivery address. The invoice will be sent to you by email.

How can I track my order?

After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification regarding its status with a tracking code that you can use to track it.

What happens if there is no one at the delivery address?

For deliveries made in Portugal, an indication will be left in your mailbox that delivery was attempted. You may also receive a phone call to arrange delivery. If delivery cannot be completed at the destination address, it will await your collection at a pick-up point within the specified period, after which it will be returned to Brincatoys.

How should I proceed if my order is in poor condition?

If you notice that the package being delivered to you shows obvious damage, you should not accept the order, justifying on the carrier's delivery receipt the reasons and damages you observe. You should also inform us of what happened, in order for us to take the necessary measures to proceed with the reshipment of the order.

What is the return period for products purchased from Brincatoys?

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a maximum period of 30 consecutive days from the day following the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods or the last item in the case of separate delivery of goods relating to a single order, without the need for justification or indication of the reason.

What forms of payment are accepted in your online store?

Brincatoys accepts the following payment methods:

MB Way - simple payment, using "MB WAY" on your mobile phone (only available for customers of Portuguese banks with the MB WAY app installed). This payment method is processed via Eupago - Instituição de Pagamento, Lda.

Multibanco - "Payment of Services", with entity, reference and amount, at any Multibanco ATM or through your homebanking service. You have 24 hours to make the payment. After that period, if the order has not been paid, it will be automatically canceled. This payment method is processed via Eupago - Instituição de Pagamento, Lda.

Apple Pay - Apple Pay is a contactless payment technology for Apple devices, a quick and simple alternative to using cards and cash. It is called a digital wallet and is an alternative to more traditional payments with cards or physical cash. When paying in a store, neither Apple nor your device sends the card number to the merchant.

Google Pay - Google Pay is a contactless payment technology for Android, iOS, Google Chrome and WearOS devices, a quick and simple alternative to using cards and cash. It is called a digital wallet and is an alternative to more traditional payments with cards or physical cash. When paying in a store, neither Google nor your device sends the card number to the merchant.

PayPal - To use PayPal, you will need to create an account on their website. This process has no associated cost and you can do it in a few steps: Go to the PayPal website; In the top right corner of the page, choose the "Create Account" option;

Credit / Debit Card - After completing the order, when selecting to pay by Credit Card, you will be directed to a secure site where you must confirm your payment details. If you do not complete this process, your order will not be registered as paid in our system.

Bank Transfer - make your payment by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. Indicate the order number as the reference for the transfer or deposit. The order will only be shipped after confirmation of payment in our account. After completing the order, you have a period of 48 hours to make the payment by sending proof to the email geral@brincatoys.pt. If you do not make the payment within the stipulated period, the order will be automatically canceled.

Gift Card - On the Brincatoys website, you can pay with a Gift Card purchased in the online store (you can use more than 1 card per order).

We also offer some popular international payment methods such as iDEAL and Bancontact.

Some of these payment methods will only be available in the online stores where customers make their purchases in countries that offer that payment method.

Is it possible to make a MB Way payment with a different number than the one listed in the delivery details?

Yes! To do so, simply select the MB Way option and then enter the number you wish to use to make the payment.

What is the value in credits that I can enjoy when making a purchase on your online store?

By placing an order with us, you will enjoy a 4% discount on the price of the products on all purchases made. The refund is calculated excluding taxes and shipping costs (if any). In addition to this value, there are other benefits that may earn you points to be deducted on future purchases.

What is the points program?

The Points Program consists of a "credits" mechanism that allows customers to recover a portion of the total amount spent. To benefit from this program, simply register before making a purchase. Then, just wait for it to be credited to your customer account. For more information, please refer to the Points Program page.

How can I take advantage of the credit I have accumulated?

You can use the balance of accumulated points when making a purchase as a registered customer, choosing, in the checkout process, whether to take advantage of the existing balance or not. The benefit can be from the total or part of the accumulated points.
