Rahzar was created when Shredder released mutagens in a zoo. When his best friend Tokka was captured by mutant hunter Dirk Savage, Rahzar went on a mission to save him and make Savage pay. Together, Tokka and Rahzar form a fearsome duo, wreaking havoc and posing a significant threat to the turtles and their allies. Rahzar is ready for action with 31 points of articulation for maximum pose and play.
