The Comansi Ernie rubber figure from Sesame Street represents Egas, a well-known character from the series. This miniature measures approximately 7 cm and features the striped sweater, red nose, and black hair. Its raised hand also suggests a greeting. Ernie can therefore become part of an imagined story or join a Sesame Street collection.
What makes the Ernie rubber figure from Sesame Street stand out?
- Recognisable character: Ernie is the Egas that many fans know from television. This makes him easy to identify among other Sesame Street figures.
- Characteristic details: the red and blue stripes, blue trousers, and smile recreate the character's appearance. The pose also suggests a greeting.
- Encourages imaginative play: a simple greeting can start a game. For example, Ernie can receive visitors or meet an imaginary friend.
- Compact size: the figure is approximately 7 cm tall. This means it can be part of homemade scenes or displayed on a shelf.
- Individual choice: the item includes one Ernie figure rather than a set of characters. This means buyers know exactly which character is included.
A small figure, endless stories to imagine
First, you can place Ernie on a table and imagine a bustling street. A sheet of paper can represent the path, while an empty box can serve as a house. For example, Ernie can knock on the door and greet a neighbour. A few everyday objects can help create a different scene each time. These play ideas are merely suggestions and are not included.
Next, try inventing a visit to the neighbourhood, a party, or a conversation between friends. The child can give Ernie a voice while someone else imagines the replies. You can also switch roles and create a different ending. There is no need to follow a television episode or use a prepared script.
Meanwhile, anyone who already has other Sesame Street characters can bring them together in a new scene. Ernie's smile and striped sweater make him easy to recognise among the figures. However, the other characters shown in the photographs are not included with this item. Finally, the figure can also be displayed alongside other miniatures. At the same time, it will always be available for new stories whenever you feel like playing.
