First of all, the Barbie Signature Clara — The Nutcracker 25th Anniversary is a Mattel collector doll inspired by the animated film released in 2001. In this commemorative edition, Clara returns as the Sugarplum Princess, wearing a pink ballerina dress, a golden crown, and details that evoke the magic of ballet.
A Barbie Signature Clara - The Nutcracker to celebrate 25 years
In this way, this edition revisits the image of the character from the Barbie in the Nutcracker film, in a tribute to those who hold the story in their memory and those who are discovering it. Furthermore, the ballerina outfit is expressive, whether for imagining scenes from the tale or for adding to a collection.
- Inspired by the 2001 film: Clara appears as the Sugarplum Princess, in a direct connection to the original story.
- Delicate costume: satin, pink tulle, glitter, and ruffles recreate a dress inspired by the ballet.
- Character accessories: a golden crown, necklace, and ballet slippers with ribbons complete the look.
- Articulated ballerina body: allows you to adjust the doll's position and create dance-inspired poses.
- Collector's presentation: includes a display stand and certificate of authenticity.
From Clara's story to the collecting experience
Imagine the moment when Clara enters a world of fairies, snowy landscapes, and enchantment. In this setting, the details of this Barbie invite you to remember that journey: the tulle skirt visually complements the dance poses, while the crown and necklace recall the reveal of the Sugarplum Princess. Thus, a moment from the film finds its place on a shelf or in a display cabinet.
In turn, the articulated ballerina body allows you to vary the doll's position. For example, you can place her in a ballet-inspired pose, change the composition of a display, or observe the details of the dress from different angles. Moreover, the included stand facilitates presentation, as the doll cannot stand on its own.
Likewise, for those who knew the 2001 film, the design inspired by the original version adds nostalgia. For those who appreciate collector dolls, the contrast between the shine of the dress, the lightness of the tulle, and the golden accessories gives this Clara a unique identity.
