Withdraw from an online purchase
You can communicate your decision to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

Brincatoys offers 30 days to exercise this right, starting on the day after receipt of the goods or the last item in an order delivered separately. This period does not reduce the statutory minimum of 14 days or any other legal rights.
Opening this link does not submit a request, automatically cancel an order or issue a refund.
- Open your order using the link in your order email or the access button above. If verification is requested, use your purchase email and the code received by email.
- Select the order and items covered by your decision. Confirm your name, order reference and the email address for the receipt.
- Review the details and explicitly confirm the cancellation or return request, depending on the items' status.
The acknowledgement of your request is separate from return instructions and any refund. Keep the request confirmation email.
